Amir Parvinchi, MD
Amir Parvinchi, M.D., is an internist serving the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valleys, in Southern California. He completed his medical school training in The Autonomous University of Guadalajara (UAG), where he learned about the rich history of the Mexican culture and became fluent in Spanish, which is the language he now predominantly uses to communicate with his patients in the hospital and in his office. He feels by being able to speak Spanish to his Latino patients he is able to better connect with them and better able to communicate the complex world of medicine and the various treatment plans.
Dr. Parvinchi completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Los Angeles County + University of Southern California (LAC + USC), considered one of the best training programs for medicine in the United States. His passion is to bring healing to people who have experienced traumatic life changing events by providing compassionate care with empathy.

Dr. Parvinchi is affiliated with the award-winning Providence Holy Cross Medical Center, whose nursing staff and specialty doctors are some of the best in the country. He is also on staff at Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital.
Dr. Parvinchi is originally from Tehran, Iran, with his first language being Farsi. He loves the fact that because of his extensive travels throughout the world and various experiences he is able to bring a multinational approach to solving everyday health issues. He is committed to providing you and your family with the best overall health care.
In his spare time, Dr. Parvinchi loves playing basketball, hiking, biking and other sports to stay in shape, and he is an avid follower of the UCLA bruins and Los Angeles Lakers basketball teams.

Anil Date, MD
Anil Date, MD is an internist who grew up in Santa Clarita Valley. He completed his medical school training at Ross University (located on the island of Dominca in the Carribean). His medical school rotations, residency, and fellowship were completed in New York City (Flushing, Queens), exposing him to a plethora of complex medical illnesses. Dr Date completed residency at Flushing Hospital in Queens New York. Subsequently, he did fellowship in Geriatric Medicine.
Upon graduation from residency and fellowship, Dr Date did one year in Arizona as a hospitalist (in Lake Havasu and Tuscon). After 11 years of being away from his Southern California origins, he finally returned and started practicing as a hospitalist at Antelope Valley Hospital in Lancaster. He practiced for over three years in Lancaster doing both outpatient and inpatient medicine. His internal medicine training along with geriatric fellowship has prepared him to help treat and heal illnesses which encompass abroad spectrum of diseases from various fields including endocrinology, pulmonology, cardiovascular diseases, neurology, nephrology, infectious disease, preventive care, dermatology, rheumatology, gastrointestinal illnesses, critical care, geriatrics, hematology, oncology, allergy, sports medicine, and sleep medicine. Common illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, COPD, asthma are among a few of the many disorders that he sees on a daily basis.
In his spare time, Dr Date loves enjoying quality time with friends and family. He has traveled to many countries all over the world. His parents grew up in India but he was born here in the United States. He grew up in Santa Clarita and attended Hart High school. He has an extreme passion for the sport of basketball and loves watching the Los Angeles Lakers. Furthermore he loves to play a few times a week to help keep himself in shape. Beach days are often spent enjoying the water boogie boarding and appreciating the warm California sunshine. He considers himself very lucky and humbled to be able to live and the greatest city in the world, Los Angeles. Just like his affinity and affection for California, he has the same connection with his patients and often establishes a strong rapport, by getting to know them on a personal level. He feels honored to support and help the patients in his hometown of Santa Clarita.
